Booking Process and Payment
Accuracy of Information:

Payments:

Confirmation:
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with the itinerary details.
Price Changes:
We strive to provide accurate pricing; however, prices may occasionally fluctuate due to changes imposed by travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). In such cases, we will notify you before processing your payment.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations by You:
We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy for each travel component (flight, hotel, activity) before booking. These policies are usually available during the booking process and can also be found on the provider’s website.
Generally, cancellations made further in advance will incur lower fees or allow for a full refund. However, some bookings may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation time.
Cancellations by Us:
- In the rare case that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you and work with you to find a suitable alternative or issue a full refund for our service fees.
- Refunds for the actual travel components (flights, hotels) will be subject to the provider’s cancellation policy.
Changes by You:
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then initiate the cancellation process with the relevant travel provider and inform you of any associated fees.
The timeframe for receiving a refund will depend on the provider’s policy and processing times. We will do our best to expedite the process but cannot guarantee a specific timeframe.
Travel Documents and Requirements

- Visa Assistance: While we cannot provide legal advice, we may offer general visa information or resources to assist you in obtaining the necessary documentation.
Travel Insurance
- Strongly Recommended: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. We do not sell travel insurance ourselves, but many travel providers offer insurance options during the booking process.
Our Responsibility
- Intermediary Role: We act as an intermediary between you and the travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). We strive to provide accurate information and facilitate bookings but are not directly responsible for the services provided by these suppliers.
- Reasonable Care: We will use reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the Services and during the booking process.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any travel provider
- Personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss or damage arising out of your travel experience
- Any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to your trip caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, political unrest)

- Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal.
